Survey of people who use community mental health services 2011
Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust
"To improve the quality of services that the NHS delivers, it is important to understand what people
think about their care and treatment. One way of doing this is by asking people who have recently
used their local mental health services to tell us about their experiences.
This report shows how each trust scored for each question in the survey, compared with national
average results. The report should be used to understand the trust’s performance, and to identify
areas where it needs to improve."
